
PT Pelayaran Nasional Ekalya Purnamasari Tbk (ELPI) recorded operating revenue of IDR 1.20 trillion throughout 2024. This revenue increased by around 12% compared to operating revenue in 2023, which was valued at IDR 1.07 trillion.
Corporate Secretary of PT Pelayaran Nasional Ekalya Purnamasari Tbk Wawan Heri Purnomo stated that for three consecutive years, ELPI's performance has shown significant growth in the offshore support vessel sector.“The offshore sector still contributes the most, namely 55%, compared to non-offshore revenue of 41%,” said Wawan on Monday (10/3).
Of the total 2024 revenue of Rp 1.25 trillion, the offshore sector contributed Rp 707.74 billion. Meanwhile, the non-offshore sector contributed Rp 495.47 billion. Last year's performance was also on track with the company's targets, with both sectors experiencing positive growth, namely 11.95% yoy for offshore and 11.43% yoy for non-offshore.

ELPI's management successfully implemented efficiency and optimization measures in all ship operations and within the ELPI organization, which resulted in increased trust and satisfaction from clients.
“As a result, we have secured several spot charters, contract extensions, and new contracts until 2025, which have contributed to an increase in revenue,” he added. ELPI's profit as of December 31, 2024, was recorded at IDR 263.98 billion, up from IDR 161.90 billion in 2023. We are waiting for good news from the management team," he explained in a public presentation on Thursday (24/4).
Eka said that if the tender is decided and ELPI is named the winner, ELPI will begin building new ships to serve the contract. “We have decided to add several new ships to support the potential contract worth IDR 2.3 trillion,” he said.
The details are as follows: one multicat vessel, five Tug & Barge vessels, six to seven offshore support vessels, and one to three fast combat boats (FCB). To purchase new vessels, ELPI has prepared a capital expenditure (capex) budget of Rp 1 trillion for this year.
