PT Pelayaran Nasional Ekalya Purnamasari Tbk (ELPI) successfully held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), and Public Expose in Surabaya on March 9, 2026. During the meeting, the Company officially approved a cash dividend distribution of Rp126 billion (equivalent to Rp17 per share) from the 2025 fiscal year net profit.

As a strategic move to strengthen its capital structure, ELPI plans to conduct a corporate action through a rights issue of approximately 2.11 billion new shares. The proceeds will be allocated toward fleet expansion, strengthening working capital, and increasing operational capacity. Furthermore, the Company highlighted its business diversification strategy into the EPCI and subsea sectors to ensure sustainable growth and long-term value for all stakeholders.

KCT Group held a talkshow titled “Zero Tolerance on Harassment: Respect at Work” on Friday, February 6, 2026, at the 7th Floor of Graha KCT and attended in a hybrid format via Zoom by employees outside Graha KCT. The session featured Mr. Wawan Heri Purnomo as the speaker, aiming to strengthen employees’ awareness of the importance of fostering a safe, professional, and respectful work environment.

Through this initiative, KCT Group reaffirmed its commitment to implementing a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of harassment in the workplace, while encouraging all employees to take an active role in building a healthy, inclusive culture aligned with STRONG values.

As part of the company’s commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), KCT Group commemorates the National OHS Month 2026, held from 19 January to 12 February 2026. This period serves as an important momentum to strengthen a safe, healthy, and sustainable work culture across all work environments.

Through a series of planned activities and competitions, all STRONG People are encouraged to actively participate in promoting OHS awareness as an integral part of professional work practices.

To support the development of competencies and the strengthening of STRONG People’s character, KCT Group’s Human Capital Department will conduct a series of Training & Workshops from January to February 2026. These programs are designed to equip employees with practical skills, a deeper understanding of company values, and increased awareness of workplace safety.

The training sessions include Let’s Execute The Project, STRONG – Value & Way of Life, Public Speaking, and Safety Awareness, with limited participant quotas for each class. This initiative reflects the company’s commitment to developing competent, adaptive, and competitive human resources.

As part of strengthening internal communication and aligning the company’s vision, KCT Group will hold the Townhall Meeting for Semester I of 2026 on 15 January 2026. This event serves as an important moment for all STRONG People to receive strategic directions directly from the Board of Directors, while also marking the beginning of Phase II of KCT Group’s development.

Designed with a fresher and more interactive concept, the Townhall will commence at 2:30 PM WIB on the 7th Floor of Graha KCT, starting with a series of games at designated stations. This event is expected to be a gateway to a new journey in 2026, igniting the spirit of The Game Changer across the organization.

As part of ELPI’s commitment to corporate social responsibility, ELPI, in collaboration with Orella, Pertamina Foundation, and Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), held a CSR Project Kick Off Meeting on December 16, 2025. Conducted at Epalfa and Etzomer, this meeting marked the initial coordination for the implementation of a CSR project in Ujungpangkah, aimed at delivering sustainable benefits to the local community.

PT PNEP Tbk’s vision is to be a world-class company, in partnership with ESQ Leadership Center has conducted “English for Business program”. Objective of this program was to enhance employee’s proficiency level in English usage, especially in Business and Marine term. The program designed to make sure Employees had a good level in writing, presentation and conducting meetings, either among peers and with Company’s client overseas.

PT Pelayaran Nasional Ekalya Purnamasari Tbk in partnership with Bizplus.ID Surabaya has committed to strengthen the internal expertise in Quality Management System by conducting an in-house training “Internal Auditor Workshop focusing on ISO 9001, and awareness of ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.” The workshop was held on September 30, October 1, 7, and 8 at Graha KCT, delivered by in-class seminar, discussions, case studies, and a role play as Auditor and Auditee. Our leaning partner was encouraging participants to enhance their level of knowledge in Quality Management, and practicing as an Auditor to deliver company’s value proposition as: Safe, Reliable & Efficient.

KCT Group alongside this year’s Journey has held several training class. These programs was set to enrich and strengthen the STRONG competency among employee. One of the program is “Effective Communication in the Workplace (Vecation Place)”. This training was classified as Operative Development Program (ODP), and a mandatory one for every employee. The latest class was held on October 9th, 2025; delivered by Weepy Grace (Talent Acquisition Superintendent) and participated mostly by our new member. Vecation Place set goals to make STRONG People have same way of communicating in office daily life.

As a manifestation of its commitment to workplace safety, PT Pelayaran Nasional Ekalya Purnamasari Tbk held a First Aid Training for its Emergency Response team on September 11, 2025. This training provided both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice in first aid techniques for various emergency situations, ranging from wound management to critical situation simulations. Through this initiative, it is hoped that every team member will become more prepared, responsive, and skilled in maintaining safety and providing swift assistance in the workplace.

PT Pelayaran Nasional Ekalya Purnamasari Tbk once again demonstrated its role in supporting the development of the younger generation through its participation in the UBAYA Career Fair on September 17, 2025. During the event, the company introduced its profile, work culture, and career opportunities available in the national shipping industry. The ELPI booth attracted the attention of enthusiastic students and recent graduates seeking information about the world of work, particularly in the maritime industry. Through this event, ELPI hopes to attract potential talents who are ready to grow and contribute to the advancement of the company and the Indonesian shipping industry.
